I do not diagnose or treat disease. We look at the underlying function of the body and make suggestions based on client analysis to help improve function.

Karl Scott's approach to his clients is to provide a solid foundation for effective, long term fitness regiments for individuals. Each client is provided with an individualized nutrition and exercise program that is not only based on reaching immediate goals of strength, tone or weight loss but also on understanding the foundation that needs to be put in place to develop the correct form, biomechanics and cardiovascular function that can be continued for life.

Karl's approach is based on the Client's health & fitness goals, and long-term sustainability of the customized program. Once realistic goals have been established, he works with each client to develop a core program that adjusts in response to ongoing results and personal needs, avoiding injury or short term gains that can are transient and limit ones ability to achieve lasting results.
