After working out consistently and eating healthy in preparation for my upcoming wedding, I hit a plateau. About 3 weeks prior to the big day, I ran into Karl at the gym and based on his solid suggestions, I signed on to train with him the next morning! After working out with Karl 2-3 times per week for 3wks, my posture had greatly improved, my endurance soared and I had toned and tightened parts of my body that had never been tight before! I lost 1/2 inch across every part of my body including my arms, hips, waist and thighs!! My mom had always told me that…”I'd never lose those saddle bags on my thighs unless I got liposuction” (I swear, she really said this!)...well, when she saw me a week before the wedding, she apologized and said that Karl had proven her wrong and that my legs looked great!

I was reluctant to work out with a trainer, especially when I was mere weeks away from my wedding, but I am SO glad that I hired Karl. He is the real reason for my success...his experience, encouragement and ability to assess my needs and create workouts to fit them are why I was able to show great results in such a short period of time. Imagine what he could have done if I had started working out with him months, instead of weeks, before my wedding! Thanks for everything, Karl! You’re the best!!
