Thank you SO much for getting me in the shape of my life for my wedding. You are an exceptional trainer with methods that would make anyone look amazing. Some people think a trainer follows you around to different weight machines, that is certainly not your technique. Our mix of boxing, box jumps, your "dittys" and that rower I had so much trouble with truly took my body to the next level. I could not replicate it if I tried because you always had something new and different planned for me, it was never boring. You always took care to make sure I would not get injured and listened when I said it was not the day to push the limits. I enjoyed the time we spent together as well! We had a lot of fun. I am now living in California and even with all of my outdoor fun, my body just does not compare!
