In the beginning there was a keyboard and a screen and that was all I needed to see (my inner geek). It is where I started my first work and I always come back to my monitor and keyboard.  I love UX and the Context, discovery, information and methodologies it can provide design. But first let me give you some context about myself.

So the following is to give you more of an experience of me.

The reason I choose User Experience as a career is that it in application, it is open ended as is my interests and pursuits. Some of these pursuits include being a soda jerk, performing arts critic, a film librarian, event/show producer, desktop publisher, word processor, fitness/triathlon trainer, nutritionist and touching the franchise to name a few.

As for my interests, music (Prince to Pavarotti, Apollo Theatre every weekend as a child), foreign languages and understanding why things are the way they are. For example, in running - as in all races, most of the time, people do not get faster near the end of a race. The pulling away or catching up you witness is actually an individual in better condition lasting the longest.

I consider myself a deep thinker and not a quitter. Stability is very important and sometimes that means not being routing. I welcome Challenges and sometimes, the best things come out of a struggle (as long as no one loses an eye.) I’m a quiet one but I choose not to be silent because, frankly, everyone notices me anyway so I will let you know what I think. What do you think?
